Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a funeral and a memorial service?
A funeral service usually takes place with the body present, while a memorial service is held without the body. Both are meant to honor and celebrate the life of the person who has passed.
What is cremation, and can we still have a service?
Cremation is an alternative to burial where the body is reduced to ashes. Families can still have a traditional funeral, a memorial service, or a celebration of life either before or after the cremation.
Do we need to have a viewing or visitation?
A viewing or visitation is optional. Many families find it comforting to have this time to say goodbye and receive support from friends, but it’s a personal choice.
Send Flowers
Send a thoughtful gesture. Flowers serve as a source of comfort and support for individuals in need of reassurance. Our arrangements are hand-delivered by local florists.
Plant Memorial Trees
We take great pride in our partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation to plant memorial trees nationwide. Locate your loved one to start the journey.
