As all remain in extreme sorrow and astonishing disbelief, Howard Mortuary sadly announces the passing of Ms. Olivia Quinn on December 15, 2022 in Lumber City, Georgia.

Arrangements are below. The burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Lumber City, will immediately follow the funeral service.
