On July 29, 2020 Kelvin “Maurice” Moses transitioned into his eternal home at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Kelvin “Maurice” Moses was born September 9, 1964 in Vidalia, Georgia to the late Eddie Moses and Ida Quarterman Moses.
Kelvin was educated in the Montgomery County School System and graduated in 1982. He later joined the United States Navy and served many years. He was the owner of Wang Dang Doodle Catering Services. He had a passion for cooking and loved traveling all over the world.
As Kelvin leaves us to reside in his Heavenly Home those who will truly miss him include: two sons, Kristoff Moses of Jacksonville, Florida and Damian Moses of San Francisco, CA; two loving and devoted sisters, Deborah Johnson and Tracy Quarterman both of Mount Vernon, Georgia; six grandchildren Trinity Washington, Tiara Thomas, Winter Moses, Autumn Moses, Kristlynn Moses and Elijah Moses; five nieces, Patrice (Marcus) Green, Reynolds, Georgia, Stephanie Floyd, Latasha Johnson, Antuanette Nobles, Henriatta Jones all of Mount Vernon, Georgia; two nephews, Mikhail Quarterman, Atlanta, GA and Antuan (Schalappria) Nobles, Vidalia, Georgia. A host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends; one special cousin, Darren Dallis, Lithonia, Georgia.
