Franshon Maurice Leon Travis was born on November 19, 1992 to the parentage of Melissa Travis Fuller, Macon, Georgia and Frederick Leon Booker, Sr., Alamo, Georgia.
Franshon’s daughter, Layla Travis, grandmother, AnniePearl Travis, great-grandmother, Rosa Lee Gibson preceded him in death
Franshon received his education in the Wheeler County School System, graduating in the class of 2012.
On Sunday, October 3, 2021, Franshon peacefully transitioned from this earthly home to his heavenly home, while in the Piedmont Macon Medical Center, Macon, Georgia.
Franshon leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Melissa Travis Fuller, Macon, Georgia, father, Fredrick Leon Booker, Sr., Alamo, Georgia, loving grandmother, Mary A. Gibson, Alamo, Georgia, son, Franshon (F.J.) Ferguson, daughter, Zylayzia Smith, Alamo, Georgia; three stepchildren, Damarian Smith, Kambria Wilson, K.J. Wilson, all of Alamo, Georgia; four sisters: Tiera Booker, Reidsville, Georgia, Kadesha Travis, Mesheale Travis, Asia Travis, Macon, Georgia; two brothers: Fredrick Booker, Jr., Reidsville, Georgia, Savon Collins, (Military); special uncle, Christopher Booker, Hazlehurst, Georgia and a host of loving family and friends. He will be fondly remembered by his numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, great-aunts, great-uncles and other family members and a very special friend, Shalisa Smith, Alamo, Georgia.
Franshon’s passions were playing basketball, making others smile, spending time with his family. He will be missed by family, the community and everyone who knew him.
