Mrs. Dorothy D. Mincey was born November 23, 1933 in Laurens County to Sylvester Daniels, Sr. and Irene McGirt Daniels.
Dorothy was joined in holy matrimony to the late Mr. Leroy Mincey. To this union twelve children were born.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Leroy Mincey; Father, Sylvester Daniels Sr; Mother, Irene McGirt Daniel; Two sons: J. Roy Mincey and Charles Mincey; One daughter, Genevia Mincey; Two sisters: Joyce D. Whitehead and Eunice Clay; Six Brothers: Ralph Daniels, Philip Daniels, Russel Daniels, Phais Daniels, Sylvester Daniels, Jr. and Freddie B. Daniels.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children; Seven (7) sons: Jesse Mincey, Eugene Mincey, David Mincey, Dennis Mincey, Curtis Mincey, Johnny Mincey and James Mincey. Two (2) daughters: Regina Mincey and Gloria Mincey; Nineteen (19) grandchildren, Twenty (20) great- grandchildren and Seven (7) great-great grandchildren.
