Obituary

As all remain in extreme sorrow and astonishing disbelief, Howard Mortuary sadly announces the passing of Mr. Charles Mincey of Jacksonville Georgia.

Public viewing will be Saturday May 13, 2023, from 12 pm to 3 pm. Funeral services will be Sunday May 14, 2023 at 3pm. Internment will be at the Milan Cemetery in Milan GA.
