Howard Mortuary officially announces the passing of Baby Promise Rowe of Lumber City, GA. This GORGEOUS baby was born with a head full of beautiful hair on January 8, 2022. Baby Promise was not able to be here long, however the love that her family shares for her will last for forever. Baby Promise was the daughter of Ms. Danyell Rowe.
